The essence of how we work is prioritizing the safety of witnesses to illegal or unethical activity. We do this through the use of anonomous digital channels which neither store nor track any personal information except in cases where the witnesses safety is at risk.
Employee Scans QR Code
Employee can use the camera function on their phone to scan a QR code on a poster to initiate a case
The QR code contains a url that will direct the user to a case initiation site designed for you organisation
Employee Fills In Questionaire
Employee will be presented with a form to capture information anonymously about the case
Employee will be given the opportunity to upload evidence
Employee receives unique code
In order for the employee to remain anonymous the employee will be given a unique code after submitting the form
The employee can use this code to follow up on the case and get feedback from the case manager
